If you are unable to pay the fine in full, contact the court to make arrangements or to contest the violations. Do not ignore the citation!

What are the requirements for a Driving Safety Course? Or Deferred Disposition?

For Driver’s Safety Course: You must have a valid Texas driver’ license, class C and you must fill out a plea form acknowledging that you have not taken a driving safety course within the past 12 months. YOu must submit along with your plea form a copy of your driving record type (3A), copy of your driver’s license and insurance card. You will be responsible for the court cost of $152.00.
